Harold Harper received his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1997. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court as well as the United States District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and is a member of the American Association for Justice's Professional Negligence and Motor Vehicle sections. He is also a sustaining member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. His areas of practice include Personal Injury, primarily Medical Negligence and Medical Malpractice.

"Burns Harbor Town Marshal Jerry Price is accused of roughing up and breaking the hip of a motorist earlier this year as a result of failing to comprehend the man was suffering from severe hypoglycemia.
He suffered a fractured hip, underwent surgery and was hospitalized for 21 days, according to the tort claim. McAllister and his wife, Sharon, who are represented by attorney Harold Harper, plan to seek an unspecified amount of money."
